Opt-out

You may stop participating and receiving SMS messages from any Songwhale program by sending OUT or STOP to our short code, 94253 in response to any message from that program. You may stop participating and receiving SMS messages from all Songwhale programs and services by sending the text message OUT ALL or STOP ALL to 94253. This action cancels your previous opt-in for messaging. You will receive a message confirming the opt-out.

Songwhale is committed to protecting consumer mobile privacy. Songwhale abides by the Mobile Marketing Association Code of Conduct for Mobile Marketing.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Songwhale may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Songwhale account or by placing a prominent notice on our web site.
